Vemulawada Temple Sri Raja Rajeshwara is a historic sacred Hindu temple located in Vemulawada town. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva in the form of  Sri Raja Rajeshwara. The presiding deity is locally popular as Rajanna. It is Located on the banks of Mulavagu stream. The Temple was built during 750 to 973AD by Vemulavada Chalukyas. Lord Shiva is the God to whom this Shrine is dedicated. The temple looks spectacular during the festival seasons, especially on Maha Shivratri. Vemulawada temple town is located in Karimnagar district of Telangana state, India.
